1.Is Google Play Store already installed on your devices? 

The smartphones and tablets that we sell are all ready to use: they already have the Google Play Store installed which will allow you to download all the applications you need. If you happen to have problems with Google applications, please contact our customer service at info.en@geekmall.eu our technicians will help you solve the problem.

We do not install standard "Chinese" apps or other spam apps that constantly show you ads. In the devices you will find only the applications planned by the producer.

2.What does the package contain?

In the package you will find all products you have ordered. Our warehouse monitoring system reduces shipping errors to a minimum.

If your order includes smartphones/tablets that come with a Chinese charger, we will add as a gift a European power plug. Also, for special events and promotions, you might find other gifts and accessories included in the package such as protective film, covers and/or other small accessories.

3.What operating system will I find in your phones? Is it Android?

All phones and tablets we sell have Android installed as operating system, only some tablets operate on Windows 10.

Also, some of the brands sold on our website, in order to optimize the operating system on their devices, develop their own interface and version of Android. This firmware is preinstalled on the phone, for instance, MIUI is the version of Android developed by Xiaomi for its devices, OnePlus installs the firmware Oxygen and LeEco installs eUI firmware. 

To know exactly which version of Android or Windows and which firmware is installed on the device, please consult the "Features" section.

4.What is the difference between Global ROM and standard ROM?

Global ROMs offer complete support on Google Play Store apps and services and there is a variery of languages to choose from. Also, it generally supports 800 MHz frequency.

Standard ROMs do not support Google Play Store apps and services and only two languages are available (Chinese/English). The standard version is the one developed for the Asian market. If the Global firmware and multilingual ROM is not yet available, it will be sold with the official standard ROM. This happens especially for newer producs just upon their official launch in Asia. As soon as the official multilingual ROM (with official OTA updates) comes out, we will install it on all devices available in stock. In some cases, if there is no official multilingual ROM, we could install a Custom ROM (with multiple languages but without OTA updates).
